omg guys, the rooftop pool 🏊‍♀️ at this hotel is a dream! the view was amaznig, and the staff was so nice. Only bummer was the breakfast quality. 😕

The diverse international cuisine options at MOne and MTwo daily dining restaurants are worth trying. The quirky touch in each dish suits the modern palate. A selection of meats with Yorkshire pudding is available on weekends. Accessing the hotel for meetings is easy, and the personal safe box in the room provides peace of mind. Dinner timing miscommunication.

Fairly clean place & incredibly nice and very careful staff especially at the reception desk. Marvellous and fantastic location close to everything you could possibly want to do with views of the Dubai skyline. And next to sights such as the Burj Khalifa, the exhibition center and metro station, and the harbor, downtown, the Palm Mall and the Trade Center.

The premium room with the city view at The Tower Plaza hotel was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the panoramic views of the glittering city skyline was a truly unforgettable experience. The staff also surprised me with a personalized welcome gift in the room, which was a thoughtful and unexpected touch.

Despite requesting that all extras be charged to my room, I was disappointed to find that I had to pay cash for room service, despite having funds held on my credit card.

The location was marvellous in a near by shop. Besides, we were near marina and Jumeirah Beach, downtown/Dubai mall, and many beautiful attractions like the Burj khalifa.

Location - amazing, just next door to lots of restaurants, Easy to get around by car, and common areas. Reasonably good and tasty breakfast with variety of meals.

The Tower Plaza hotel Dubai is a spectacular property nestled in the bustling Trade Centre, offering a strategic location just 4 km from the Dubai International Airport and near the City Centre. The hotel's specially tailored studio apartments with fully equipped kitchenette and washing machines ensure a comfortable stay for modern travelers like me.

Our room with cooking and laundry facilities, which we paid extra for, didn't include essential kitchen items like knives, forks, and microwavable containers. The laundry facilities lacked washing machine powder, and the fridge only operated on freeze mode, causing our food to freeze solid.

We were in Dubai for 6 days, had very good stay, the hotel was impeccably clean with comfy location outside near sink area.

The personnel was willing to help and they provided a nice service. It was important to get Wheelchair Accessible room with amazing views and the beautiful big windows, as for instance and that went well.

Vibrant and Fresh Flavors: The vibrant colors and fresh flavors of the dishes at the restaurant created a beautiful platter that left me feeling satisfied and happy, just like discovering a hidden gem in a bustling marketplace.

Inconsistent Service, Mattress, Channels

Mind-blowing family room, spacious and private for us and the kids. The top-notch staff provided perfect, smooth service and were absolutely friendly and professional. A big shoutout to the amazing employees who made our stay unforgettable!

The breakfast was tasty and astonishing for vegetarian food; reasonably priced. Tbh, had a really really nice stay on my vacation.

Had really unforgettable stay for 4 nights. Every staff member I met was willing to help. The room was not only top-notch, but tastefully decorated too, and had ample space, coffee, and a satellite television. I liked that beds were very clean.
